People forget Caldwell was the ravens qb coach and oc the year flacco actually looked decent and won the super bowl. Lombardi was more the problem than cooter was the answer.

 

It seems like no ones been talking about arians still being under contract with the cards, the cards would have to give permission to interview him. I'm not sure if they'd hold his contract for a draft pick or anything though.
