I guess I probably need to revisit the post DW stuff. I remember liking FH

LYR is definitely one of my favourite releases from last year and a huge step up from FH which to me was pretty lackluster.

One of my favourites from the album! I think you’ll agree with me that there are lots of similarities sonically to the latest Deaf Havana album? I wish more bands from the same era would go down this route as I’m fully on board with the style!

Yeah, I agree! I think not all scene bands would be able to pull this evolution off as well as Deaf Havana and ATL have, but I’d be interested to hear more try it.

Okay, I disagree with pretty much everything you’ve said about this album... but this is pretty funny

I don't really know what I would say is my least favorite track on LYR is, but it definitely wouldn't be Nightmares

    Things have changed.

Yes. I can't fathom thinking it (or even The Party Scene) is where they peaked, but opinions!

It's still all I hear in that song

Im revisiting it now after visiting this thread, but how did it do during its release?

Honestly at this point my least favorite would probably be Nice2KnoU or Drugs & Candy.

  11. For me it's "Drugs & Candy" ... I love "Nice2KnoU."

The b-side "Chemistry" is good too, not sure how I woulda used it instead of D&C though.

Yeah, I'll have to relisten to the album to make my decision. It's just the two most "classic ATL" sounding tracks. I still like them both though.

    I'm not sure I've heard that b-side.

I agree Nightmares is my least favorite song on LYR, but I mean I still like it.

Nice2KnoU is a bop and works with LYR (the song) as a very nice call back to the more classic ATL pop punk style songs, without being out of place on the album. Ground Control is very underrated imo and I'd love to see it live.

The worst part of Nice2KnoU is the title.

I love this record, and it's odd to me that so many people were so down on it. I can't really listen to it anymore, though. Too many memories of a past relationship. This was kind of "our" album. Impossible for me to go back to.

Nightmares is my least favorite song on the album, but I still like it. Probably their most consistent album though I'm still partial to FH overall. I like Chemistry a lot too but can't really see it fitting anywhere in the actual track listing.

Can’t believe everyone is saying Nightmares is their least favourite on the album. Song rules!

If you had asked me when the album came out, I probably would have said Afterglow was the weakest. Something about it clicked with me over this past summer, though, and it's pretty easily a top 10 ATL song now so moral of the story is this album has no worst song I guess

The b-side "Chemistry" is everything. Whole album is fantastic, cannot wait for whatever they do next.

I’m dying I just went to this show and my friend looked at the Chicago setlist and she warned me all day I was gonna lose it with the last 6 songs and I was not even a little ready for what we got. There were three songs I would’ve asked for tonight: Birthday, Merry Christmas Kiss My Ass, and Afterglow. Not only did they play them all but they played them all right in a row and threw in Poppin Champagne and Jasey Rae just to make sure I extra died I don’t know what to say I think this was my favorite concert ever

The LYR cuts were pretty surprising tbh. Not complaining at all, but if I knew there were gonna be 3 songs from the album, I definitely would have assumed it'd be Good Times, Dirty Laundry, and Last Young Renegade

Do or do not, there is no try.

Does anybody have a good quality version of "How The Story Ends"? Another B-Side that I can't find to buy from the UK.
