I relate to this. Using random tricks to help me fall asleep like listening to white noise playlists on youtube, or drinking tea with specific flavors but it doesn't help as much as I expected.

On the other forum I'm visiting, people have been praising that boxset a lot. I'm excited to hear the changes that have been made!
