I still haven't subscribed to the double cause honestly I already have a hard time keeping up with all the podcasts I listen to. Can I just try a single month and go from there if I want to?

yeah you can do that. if you’re gonna try to maximize it, be warned that Patreon bills on the first day of the calendar month, not a month from when you sign up.

also, when you sign up, you can download the entire back catalog of doubles and then cancel your subscription.

but if you can afford to support the patreon, please do. even if just for a month here and there.

I've recently cancelled a Patreon subscription and I lost access immediately, which is bullshit since I already paid for the month

 

Yea, I noticed that on the Patreon help page it says that you lose access immediately since you're actually paying for the previous month's content.

 

I've heard it!...somehow. I think it was free at one point??

 

You lose access as soon as you cancel, but you can literally sign up in the middle of the month, download all the past content and then cancel without ever getting charged.

I don't condone this, as I think the creators deserve the money, but since I can't afford to pledge to every Patreon that I'd like to, I pledge $20 a month to various ones, and then cancel after a few months and pledge the same $20 to different ones, then switch back after a while.

i unapologetically love Papa John’s pizza but have not eaten it since everything came out. that said it’s a phantom limb.

 

I also love Papa Johns pizza

 

Papa Johns pizza is the best of the three major chains

 

Papa Johns is absolute garbage. The pizza and the company.

 

Domino's is easily the best of the national chains. I hate Papa John's food in addition to the company being bad.

 

Papa Johns is so generic I didn’t know it was possible to hate it. It’s just whatever.

 

Papa Ginos is better

 

Papa John's sucks. Crust is too thick, sauce is too sweet. The garlic dip is the only saving grace, but you could dip anything into garlic butter flavored grease and it would taste decent.

I'll order Domino's occasionally since it's cheap/convenient but if there's an option for non-chain pizza, it's usually worth the extra couple bucks.

 

Dominos pan pizza with pepperoni and tomato on top...that's a gooda pizza pie

 

It's fine in a pinch but it's definitely not Domino's, or even Pizza Hut.

Pizza Hut has always had consistency issues location to location in my experience, but for me it's good Pizza Hut > Dominos > bad Pizza Hut > Papa Johns.
