FUCKIN SAVAGES IN THAT FUCKIN BOX Prestigious

What is different about this film that so many reviews are out and so many people have seen it already more than a week before release date?

I guess this is just advanced screenings? Not sure what’s the deal with the review embargo though

With how crowded this December is, I think these releases have just wanted extra hard to mobilize more hardcore fans & get that word of mouth going.

I guess the Vince Staples song I’ve been waiting for is actually in the movie so yay at that but why are they waiting so long to release the soundtrack.

Yeah, this was absolutely amazing. It’s the best “Spider-Man” movie by a pretty decent margin.

Sony knows they have a lot of competition and a sort of weird movie (by mainstream standards) could get lost in the shuffle. They want to get word out ahead of it.

Going to see this Thursday at 5pm. There is a showing by me today, but it's almost sold out and I'd rather have a good seat to watch it.

@CobraKidJon Soundtrack is coming on the 14th too. Not really surprising to have them wait until the official release date. I think Venom did the same. I'm expecting fans to be wayyy more excited about this soundtrack though haha.

Amazing. First real interaction with the Miles character and I love him. Loved everything about this movie.

From what people have been saying it has Jaden Smith, Denzel Curry, Juice WRLD, Vince Staples and Post Malone/Swae Lee. It’s going to be a great soundtrack.

the audience for this theater I’m at is generally teens and adults and I’m ok with that.

this was excellent. visually stunning (the action scenes in particular are so inventive and incredible), wonderful cast and just a damn good miles origin story. i want tons of movies in this universe, this was exactly what i hoped it would be and easily my favorite spidey movie.

POST-CREDITS: i have a soft spot for that character and i was disappointed knowing he wasn't in the film going into this so this was maybe my favorite moment of the entire thing. just perfect.

I’ve never read any of the comics so I didn’t see that “twist” halfway through coming. In hindsight, I should’ve but both me and the gf were both shocked haha

I admit though, my eyes did hurt a little because of the art style in one scene, anyone else have that issue? It was the scene where Miles bumps into Gwen in the school and starts talking to her, the background just looked really blurry and offputting for a minute

god everything about this perfect and those small little Easter eggs to the Spider-Man universe were great

I don’t really consider this a spoiler but I’ll spoiler it anyway

the scenes right after Miles gets his true costume and takes his leap of faith is pure chills for me. I loved everything about it.

also I really love how well The Prowler was done in this movie. He felt menancing in some moments.

Ugh, was at my girlfriend's brother's place and a friend of his was talking about how he's a big Spider-Man fan and is bummed they delayed the latest MCU trailer.

So, happy to chat Spider-Man, I started saying how I can't wait for this movie and all the rave reviews it's getting. His response? "I have zero interest in seeing that. You know they're just injecting the liberal agenda into it". Needless to say, I stopped talking to him from there.
