In regards to Usual Suspects I think it’s an ok movie made better by the presence of Gabriel Byrne. That dude is great.

It took me a bit to realize what movie I recognized him from and then I was like “Hereditary!”. And I loved him in that movie. I don’t think I’ve ever seen him in another movie that I can think of.

 

He’s great in Maniac

 

Just looked up his films and saw he played the devil in End of Days. That film has been panned like crazy but I remember liking it when I was a sprout.

 

He was in a great 90s movie called Shipwrecked where he was a pirate. Now it’s only good through nostalgia filters but still it was my jam when i was a kid.
