I’m sitting in a dimly lit hotel room and it’s snowing out while listening to this album. This atmosphere has me in SHOOK actually

 

I haven’t seen any adverts on TV in the UK at all this time around. For the debut and the last one there were loads.

Probably said a million times already but wow the new songs are great live.

 

Album is stellar. I like that it's a bit jarring and going to take a while to digest; whereas first two albums were just straight candy and easy to listen to on the first spin. This album has got a body to it that i really appreciate and can get behind.

On How To Draw i thought Matty was saying "I've now learnt how to TROLL" then i read the title of the song lol.

 

I hope there is a different version. I like the variance the band adds to their tracks over time. Wish Pinegrove did as much to diversify their recycling.

 

First time listening to this front to back, on the bus. Music for Buses.

 

I hate being hyperbolic, but I’m sitting on my couch, my girlfriend is out for the day. Hanging with my dog. Just thinking about this album and crying. Im so overwhelmed by what they’ve given us.

I never liked Give Yourself a Try until I've heard it in the context of the album. Now I can't get that damn hook out of my head.
