Fantasy football definitely warps my perspective...saw Kareem Hunt trending and immediately went to pick up Spencer Ware...

 

Woof I literally just traded for him too for my push in the playoffs

Yeah I picked up Spencer ware too just in case, but I’m sure they won’t do anything until next season.

 

Picked him up in 2 of my 3 leagues just in case.

 

Just grabbed Ware as well. Fuck Kareem Hunt (and Tyreek Hill)

 

also grabbed Ware as soon as the notification hit.

I would hope with how bad they handled Rice that this is a quick decision to suspend for at least 10 games.

 

Welp. If Ware ends up starting would y’all start him over James White or Josh Adams? White’s value is going down and down with Burkhead and Michel involved.

Next week if I’m in the playoffs I’ll have Kamara, Kerryon, White, Adams, and Ware to choose incorrectly on.

I was thinking since last week I needed to pick up Ware as a handcuff, never got around to it. Saw the alert yesterday and was so 'shocked' that fantasy didn't even enter my mind. By the time I realized I should pick Ware up it was too late.

Just to get the fantasy whine out of the way, the one team I had him on this year was by far my best team and I think I just went from probably the odds on favorite to take the chip to just another very good team that's going to need a lot more luck in matchups/guys having big days to take it.

What a douche bag he is...and that's probably the nicest thing to say about him. He'll be getting a year off at minimum.

 

I might go Ware over Chubb just because of the matchup....HOuston hasn't allowed a runner to get more than 76 yards all year.

But Chubb is also talented enough to possibly be matchup proof, so...

 

Since hue/Haley got canned Chubb has been rolling and seeing over twenty carries a game. Not crazy production but the volume has been there.

Tough decisions.

 

Chubb has also been involved in the passing game as well lately. I’d consider him a must start.

 

In one of my leagues I now have Melvin Gordon, Michel, Chubb, Mack, Ware and Yeldon lol. Gonna be hard to pick which 3 to start every week ROS.

Gonna go with Chubb, Michel and Ware this week.

 

In my brothers league, where the benches are pretty deep, the guy who has Hunt just picked him up as the handcuff on Thursday. Unreal luck for that guy.

But yeah, glad they released him quickly. I assume the Redskins will claim him shortly

Yeah, with Ware picked up, I now have Fournette, Mixon, Chubb, and Ware. Basically get to play the matchups and start 3 as my RBs + Flex. Helps because Mike Evans and Michael Thomas are my WRs, and they can be inconsistent week to week.

 

Got Ware in my other league before my buddy who has Hunt could. He's pissed.

For what it’s worth, Fantasy Pros updated their RB ranks today and Ware is still at 25. I’m thinking of maybe plugging him in over Mack...but we are talking about a guy with hardly any touches this year.
