yeah that's just dumb.

my office christmas party is tomorrow across the street from work at lunch time. we don't have to come back after it, but I don't even want to go. I have to because there's a small chance I could keep my job but I need to pretend like I'm a team player and bullshit stuff.

 

Our Christmas party is next Thursday. I might skip it and go home, lol.

Suggestion: What they need to do is have the final show be pretty early (like 10pm) on the night of the Christmas party. Then have the managers split up and have some of them work on closing down the stand/building while the others focus on getting the party ready. That way the closers are out of there by like 10:30 and they can start at like 11. That’s what I did at my last place. It was fun. We’d hook up PS4s to different projectors and stuff. Granted, I actually cared about that place/those people. Dunno if I’d do all that for these dumbass cinemark employees. Anyways, you can take that right to Kit-Kit and she’ll be like, “omg! You’re so smart CumDown!” And you’ll happen to be standing under the mistletoe

When we close it’s never that short lmao. The other day we closed at 10:15 and we got out at 12:30 (granted, one guy was completely new and I had to tell him everything and another girl I was teaching kettle)

My suggestion which is slightly less ethical is just to schedule all the newest people to close during the party
