Well Broomfield is interesting because parts of it are really nice and parts of it are extremely shitty, which is a lot like where I live (Aurora), if I had to guess I would say 100k because that's what our house has done since we bought it in 2016. Boulder i'm not sure on either because housing there was already really expensive but i'm sure it's gone up nonetheless. All of Colorado has gone up
