Damn does this mean he's cancelling Austin City Limits? That would have been pretty huge him headlining one of the biggest festivals in the country. I thought it would be a great test to see if he could take on Coachella.

I trust the artist, if he could make reasonable changes and still go I think he would. If the show would suffer more than its worth, or there are more complications to prevent it, the cancelling is understandable.

I think shit happens, if he's in a wheelchair and brace he really can't perform and it probably hurts too so it's gonna impact his performance even if he isn't dancing

I also don't have other obligations really besides work but it's not like I'm coordinating with people and if I have something else the rescheduled day I get it

Also, it's a live show that is choreographed, planned extensively, there is more than just singing at the show. If it was a listening session of the new album, then yeah probably still have it, but the man is putting on a SHOW

Yeah I don't want to spoil any of the surprises, but he does a lot more than just stand there and sing. It would've been an entirely different experience if he was just sitting in a chair at my show.

I literally may have been making this face lol

And his manager Fam said that the rescheduled dates will happen by the end of the year still. He broke his foot in like 2011-2012 jumping off an amp and I feel like this may be the same injury

Really hope he's okay by PHAROS in November

Haha nice. I went to that tour. Talib Kweli opened and most of the crowd had no idea who he was.

Unrelated but the PHAROS event in New Zealand happened a few days ago. No full album like last time but he apparently played a different new song (that he wasn't playing already) each of the three nights

Childish cancelled his Aus tour after it was initially going to be rescheduled and I'm ready to get Mad Online about it.

Holy shit there’s a Gambino feature on the new 21 Savage album coming out in a few weeks. His first feature since 2014 besides the one on his brother’s tape in 2016

I have to assume he’ll be rapping on it

I can't believe we didn't get this album yet. 3 singles released before the tour (which I thought was supposed to be in support of the new album) and he premiered 3 new songs during the tour. Plus I thought we saw RCA's release schedule putting this in the fall?

I actually forgot that This Is America wasn't just a standalone single

I definitely assumed he would be dropping in December, BTI and AML both did and it really seemed like his year has been leading up to an album release. I guess it could still be a surprise drop but I kind of doubt it

I think maybe his injury might have tripped the album release up a little. Still have half a month tho.
