I don't think the 49ers would be willing to pay him much after investing in McKinnon last offseason. I could definitely see the Jets throwing the most money at him, though the guaranteed total might be a little lower than what he wants, especially with the Alex Smith situation so fresh.

 

Packers would be my top choice from an entertainment perspective.
