cant believe this year has yielded so many albums that have given me such a STRONG emotional reaction and latched onto certain moments or events or beliefs that ive experienced. im happy to also be more comfortable posting back here after a fairly tumultuous year for a lot of us but thats neither here nor there. thank you all for being around and thank you to The 1975 and the other bands i wont bother sidetracking this thread with for making records that soundtracked, and will continue to soundtrack, my young adult life.

i don't write their setlists but they should def do "the ballad of me and my brain" -> "i like america," just one person's opinion

After three straight listens to ABIIOR... threw on some Radiohead since it seemed appropriate.. If KID A isn't quoted as a direct influence on the electronic pieces of this album....I call BS.

 

Tbh biggest Radiohead vibe I get is on Surrounded and it’s not from Kid A
