That was definitely a “somebody has to be fired” game if I’d ever seen one yesterday

 

Yeah that was the worst Jags game since the last Jags game.

 

Dude losing to the Cowboys 40-7 was that game. And we gave him THREE MORE games to completely fuck up after that

 

Shit, that Steelers game I was shocked we didn’t fire him. We DOMINATED the first half and only got 9 points out of a possible 28 from FOUR easy-score possessions.

Then after wasting those chances to go up by literally 4 scores, we proceeded to not even get 70 yards of offense, in the second half, because all we did was run directly up the middle first and second down, and throw behind the sticks on third down. We got 5 straight 3-and-outs and fuckin lost.

I am not exaggerating even a little bit, for those of you who didn’t watch. That ACTUALLY happened.

You cannot blame anyone but the OC for that

 

I’m still fucking blown away that we went from being on the 1 yard line, about to take the lead, and then:

-Fournette ejected,

-Norwell gets hurt,

-two penalties and two straight sacks lost us 24 yards and took us out of the redzone

-missed a 42 yard field goal after Lambo made like 20 in a row

-the Bills scored a TD immediately like 2 minutes off the clock

-losing the game

That is some fuckin next level shit. Now I’ve seen everything. I can’t even understand how the universe can possibly produce so many negative outcomes in a row all at once.

 

Bummed about yesterdays game. We left so many points on the field, and it should have been an easy win. It was definitely a game that 'Pittsburgh lost' not one that 'Denver won.'

 

Whatever I’m thrilled Hackett’s gone. Now fire Wash before he keeps taking Ramsey away from playmaking positions by calling 3-deep for entire games

 

we know you aren't exaggerating because we all watched the Patriots/Jags AFCCG

 

I'm really curious to see where all the Jags jokes go on the Good Place going forward.

 

Steelers game was even worse. At least we ran toss plays and threw swing routes to Fournette in the AFCCG to get him in open space. Had we done that vs PIT, it would’ve at least been easier to run the clock out late in the game.

They stuffed us repeatedly because they knew he wasn’t a threat outside of the tackle box, all they had to do was run blitz the A & B gaps for the whole second half.

 

Pretty sure Maya Rudolph calling the Jaguars good is the last time the Jaguars won a game

That whole sequence reminded me of the buttfumble game. That one play gets the most focus but the Pats scored like 28 points in less than five minutes or something, it was astonishing.

 

that was one of the greatest things i had ever witnessed.

 

Also I reiterate Hackett ran the ball like 40 times versus PIT and never called play action. Not even ONE. Just calling 3 or 4 would’ve made it harder to predict the run and given us a few favorable deep shots down the field.

You give the defense a 2 second head start on running plays when you don’t call play action - the second they see the QB reach the ball to the RB they can assume it’s not a pass and fly into the backfield.

This is basic shit.

 

You complain when I dunk on you but you make it so hard not to when you do things like this.
