Man, the only list shorter than that is the list of Dallas cowboys QBs to win a playoff game in the last 20 years

 

Same length actually. They won wild card games in 2010 and 2015.

Last playoff win before that was 1996 though lol. They’ve had much less playoff success than the Jags even. We’ve won 3 playoff games since 1999 and between 96-99 we won like 5 or 6 of them

The tweet is referring to the last three seasons and Cam isn’t to that point yet in 2018, so he’s not included until he gets another rushing TD and maintains 4.0 ypc or better.

 

but "currently" Cam does have those stats. he's had those stats since 2011. to me it sounds like that guy is cherry picking stats and start times.

 

I mean it’s definitely enough of a trend for someone to get curious. Washington has been the .500 win PCT team for like as long as I can remember

I’m positive Cam will get another rushing TD and will most likely join the other two on that list. He’s a great player. I was never putting him down or acting like Dak or Zeke were some untouchable stat gods. Jesus. It was just a fun stat. I have to read obscure cherry picked shit for Texans or Jaguars or Dolphins every day in this thread.

I make an effort not to cherrypick when I make an argument for or against a player. It’s a disingenuous way to make a point.

 

It’s not even that cherrypicked though. The start and stop dates for them isn’t just highlighting a small part of their season or something, it’s their career from game one until today. All of it. And they’re currently the only ones to achieve that stat line over the same time period.

 

Same as Zeke having the most rushing yards and rushing touchdowns since the start of his career until now. It’s impressive as hell and isn’t cherrypicked. I believe that record is still ongoing even though he didn’t play 7 games over that same timeframe.

 

There’s a lot of players who have done that over a 3 year period, that’s what kind of undermines it haha. For example, if LeVeon Bell was playing this year he’d have those same stats

It’s cherry picked because the point it’s making is only strong in a vacuum. When you compare it to other 3 year periods it’s not as absurdly special as they tried to make it sound.

 

I’m just making a point haha, don’t actually believe that. Just cause I can find one lens of logic (in that case it would be playoff wins) to justify it, doesn’t make it true.
