Back to the steak talk...there is only so much you can do to a steak. A perfect steak has salt, pepper butter and some herbs. There's no convincing me that a 100 steak will be superior enough to it's 30 or 40 counterpart to justify that price. There is a ceiling on steak for how good it can be. The returns on your steak experience drastically diminish as the price increases above that 30/40 dollar price point.
