That is in the works haha. It's our first home and it ended up being the perfect combo of 1. in a semi decent neighborhood so possibly resellable but 2. Big enough to raise a family in if we can't/don't resell it and 3. Not too expensive.

 

I pay 875 for a comically small one bedroom

 

I make 300-400 a week depending. Gotta love hourly wages
