Is TLC in a smarky town?

If they are smart they won't. It wasn't Ronda's fault Becky got injured

Becky is way too beloved right now. Unless something astronomical happens with Ronda in real life, there's no way that any crowd is cheering Nia over her. The heat Nia has from the Becky thing will trump even the smarkiest fans attempts to cheer for Nia over Ronda.

why would they cheer NIA over Rousey?

I'm intrigued to see what sort of vibe Ronda's matches have going forward, to be honest. Even before the DQ, the match with Charlotte was super physical and hard hitting, which I loved. Felt like it had this frenetic energy that really suited the situation and the two competitors in the ring. But then on Raw, it felt like Mickie's offense on Ronda was a bit stiffer/more physical than her typical stuff, which was a little surprising to me. Not sure if that was also by design, or maybe Ronda working a little too fast and Mickie giving her a couple little vet shots to basically be like, "Slow your ass down, girl."

Kinda random thought but how fucked is it that they fired emma. I was thinking about how the wwe hasn't really been firing people lately (unless they do something criminal). They're not trimming the fat as much. Now their are wrestlers leaving due to frustration but the annual cut the jobbers isnt as prevalent.

    Except emma. So damn weird

I guess they were still pissed off that she didn't want to commit to Emmalina

Honestly, I have this gut feeling that any day now*, we're going to get an out-of-the-blue message on WWE.com saying the Revival have been let go (and I'm not sure if I'll be happy or sad about that)

*any day now constitutes between now and like, 3 years from now

Ryder has been there forever and they don't do shit with him. Do they keep him around for the social media stuff?

They only let people go if they are shit heads or injury prone at this point. They don't want people to prove successful outside of WWE. They think it is better to job them than to let them get big on the indies.

I think it really comes down to the fact that Vince McMahon has a very fickle, strange, inconsistent notion of loyalty

You think it's bad for NXT callups now with RAW and SD as separate brands? Wait until they end the brand split when Smackdown goes to FOX.

I think it's obvious. FOX didn't pay a billion dollars to have half a roster.

I mean, i for one would love that. I've been pretty anti the split for a while (although I've come around because I've enjoyed smackdown quite a bit).

Most of the women would never get tv time if the split ended

See i disagree. I think with a unified unit, they could actually all do more. You could actually have a woman tag belts, you could have a woman's IC belt, and you could do more group/faction stuff that makes sense. You would also have less need to have the likes of Lana and Zelina Vega actually wrestle...you (hopefully) wouldn't have Natalya storlines anymore... and most importantly, we'd have 1 main woman's belt which is the crown jewel (no pun).

That's really all i want. I want there to be ONE distinguised ultimate prize belt for each division. That's what's killing the brand split mostly for me.

Ryder strikes me as he’s just as content being there. You never really see him complain anymore. He’s always posting about his Main Event position. Wwe was his dream. He’s had his career defining moment at mania 32. And now his girlfriend works for the company.

I don't know about multiple factions again. The PCB/Team Bellas/Team BAD stuff was all over the place
