Okay being 100% serious

I was just in 37 degrees and rain in Asheville. Standing outside with my cigarette smoking friend. It felt chilly but tolerable.

I am now home in FL and in a clear non windy 50 degrees, wearing the same thing.

It is fucking COLDER HERE I don’t care what that number says. The humidity seeps through your clothes and skin like you’re in 50 degree water. Why can’t 50 degrees be nice here like it is everywhere else

 

I’m not one for nightmares. Rarely have them. I just had one that legit left me shook. Anyone up who wants to fight about dak or something

I’m obsessed with dreams, so I’m more interested in this nightmare.

 

Nightmare below. Spoiled cuz it’s a buzz kill lol

Lol it wasn’t anything crazy. Just super vivid dream that I had cancer again and Dana Farber hadn’t noticed for long enough for it to spread to my brain and lungs. Woke up not sure if it was real or not for a few minutes.

 

Sweet Christ, that’s worse than monsters or aliens. :/

Also, to add to the list of job questions...the weirdest job you've ended up working.

After my junior year of college I spent a summer working at Camp Chi, which is the Chicago JCC's summer camp in Wisconsin. I am not Jewish, I am from PA, and so I rode a bus like 20 hours to run the lakefront at this camp...looking back, I have no idea why

 

I worked for my uncle as a hvac/ac service coordinator and he laid me off.

 

Someone offer me a job. Lol.

I’ll be the guy that coordinates business documents and gives presentations at meetings because I’m skilled with words and communication. Surely that’s good enough to work in HR at least? Lol

 

We are in desperate need of car technicians. We pay our audi techs up to 55 an hr

 

Other fields I’d work if I finished school - people who do these jobs, how do you like them and tell me about how you got hired?
