How long in rush hour traffic does it take to ride the beltway to Golden?

I’d probably try to transfer to the Chart House there if I moved to Denver area. Which is actually the first Chart House in the country??

(Which is weird as fuck, they’re a seafood restaurant and Denver is their only landlocked location lmao. There’s one in Nevada but it’s on Lake Tahoe.)

Stone crab place that I think is originally out of FL and is in Dallas and Austin as well for some reason but it kicks ass

 

I am in the best part of Jacksonville that a financially unstable working class person can afford.

I am very close, within a couple miles, to downtown / Riverside / Springfield / San Marco without paying the extra 50-75% rent to be IN those cultural areas.

And that is the only reason why I’m still here haha. Living in the suburbs here would fucking blow

Golden is a bit of a hike from where we are i'd say probably an hour in rush hour which isn't so bad now cause you're just going east/west the worst part of our traffic is going north/south on I25

Damn an hour? Denver is pretty huge then. I was hoping for 35-40 minutes

DC would take an hour to go 1/3 of the beltway as well, but that’s because traffic is that bad, a no traffic D.C. beltway takes an hour to circle entirely.

 

Try and guess where we used to live before we moved to this house. Hint: it was Denver but not downtown

 

Denver is pretty large geographically and now by population too I guess

 

It’s hard to tell by maps how many miles a highway is. All beltways look the same but they’re vastly different sizes
