He does not seem to be, no. I remember being so excited on draft night when it seemed like Lynch had pulled a fast one on the Bears. Nope.

I really liked how worked up the MNF announcers were getting about Eli leading that comeback last night, even though it was against a team that has also lost twice to the Cardinals this year. I did enjoy the irony of the game ending on Mullens overthrowing the end zone, as I don't think Eli had a single overthrow the entire game.

Buckner is the star on the line. Armstead has been a bust but has played better this season. Blair has been surprisingly good. Warner has real promise, and Foster is very talented but injury prone and has obvious off-the-field problems. Witherspoon had a great rookie year but is regressing. We definitely need an edge rusher and a big wide receiver for next season. Those are the biggest needs.

But yet Eagles fans blame Wentz.

I would too. Win the Super Bowl with Big Dick Nick Foles, then remove him and no longer Super Bowl contenders. Post Hoc Ergo Propter Hoc.

For real though, I think next season should be interesting. I do think Doug axes Mike Groh.

He's signed as an RB, but he's a serviceable WR/QB also. I could see him acting as QB2 or QB3 if the need arose.

I'm shocked there's a team worse than the Browns in that stat and I'm even more shocked that they won the Super Bowl last year.

Same here for Dak. He ain't perfect or great by any means, but everything is blamed on him whether or not it's his fault.

    Same shit happened with Romo.

The Redskins haven't dropped a single pass this year? No way.

    Also...Dak is bad though.

This is completely true, but when it comes down to it the QB is the scapgoat. Doug keeps saying execution has been the problem but his shitty play calling has been the issue. It's a tale of two different coaches between this year and the SB run last year.

I've gotten to the point where I try to not even engage in a discussion about Dak online in general. Everything positive about him is ignored and swept under the rug or contributed to everyone around him. Everything negative about him is 100% his fault and anyone who thinks otherwise is an idiot.

Again, same shit that happened with Romo for a decade. It's pretty easy to tell who does or doesn't even watch the guys play.

Honestly Eagles got a huge W on Sunday, as Garrett’s job got a little bit safer

    The rivalry is back on

Of course the QB is the scapegoat when they don’t execute. They’re the one doing the thing.

Sure, but it's lazy criticism and more often than not leads to "hurr durr" trolling shitty conversations.
