Not gonna watch the video but that screenshot fills me with dread knowing that all those terrible bands are going to have ruined Iron Maiden.

 

I was just listening to a radio station here in Toronto and they were doing new music updates. The host said "Tom Delonge is looking for aliens so Matt Skiba has replaced him in blink 182 and they're new single...etc" I thought it was hilarious.

 

I mean, they performed at Blizzcon before so it's not so strange haha

 

Nothing beats Jason Derulo @ Ubisoft last year. Actually, nothing beats Ubisoft's Just Dance performances ever.

I thought I agreed but then when I started listing my favorite blink songs I realized Mark actually penned most of them; Damnit, Going Away to College, Josie, Wendy Clear, and Apple Shampoo are all near the top.

Woke up with a migraine this morning, and I instantly thought "dear head, SHUT UP."

 

It's like people grow up and get smarter instead of holding onto stupid ideas from when they were young. We call it evolution. It's healthy. More people should do it.

This quote to me, after what I wrote, also shows you're part of the problem that has a massive misunderstanding of the process and term. Litterally proving my point.

Just highlighting that line shows a misunderstanding of what the song "Spokesman", and that line in particular, is actually about.

Did anybody have a big issue with Jerry Finn constantly being referred to as the 4th member of blink by the band? Because guarantee he was more integral to the writing of the Untitled record than Feldmann was to this one.

 

Care to enlighten us?

 

I don't know if that's fair to say, because Finn's songwriting contributions have never really been discussed. Feldmann is first and foremost a songwriter.

 

Because as has been discussed some producers don't ask for songwriting credits. Because Feldmann officially has songwriting credits makes no difference. He can change a note or a word and have officially been a part of the songwriting. People acting like Feldmann wrote entire songs is ridiculous. Matt, Mark and Travis don't need someone to write songs for them. And I don't have a problem if the lead singer of Goldfinger contributed either way as the author of some awesome pop-punk songs. Just saying the band that came up with Untitled would've needed way more help coming up with those songs than these ones from the new album.
