I can’t get over how amazing this album is. It’s simultaneously the most logical step forward from S/T yet somehow completely unexpected

 

I keep on walking around my house singing: "Maybe the sun waits for you to be sure what to do" out loud.

 

This album connects with a very primal part of my brain. When I listen to it I feel like I could take on 1000 people and kick their ass haha. S/T also had that same sort of frenetic vibe to it but this makes me feel like I’m on a mission or something. I can’t explain it haha

 

I just feel like theres finally a soundtrack to both my personal anxiety and the anxieties I feel about the world in 2018.

 

So sad I’m missing them this week

Long Road, No Turns sounds like a swarm of bees.

Also, City Song has grown on me a ton. On my first couple listens it was definitely the track that I felt was skippable but now I absolutely love the tense build up and inevitable explosion

 

Wow it sounds like this band is really influenced by see you space cowboy!

This just keeps getting better and better with each listen - there is a TON of ear candy on this thing, it's so nuanced. One of my favorite cohesive albums of the past year or two, I think

 

I’m very curious what sort of pedals/effects they are using. Their guitars almost sound like sirens in a lot of spots and have a very loose quality about them

Glad to hear they're still around. Canada Songs and Hell Songs used to be my jam.

 

So, I haven’t listened to them since Canada Songs. I’m about 6 tracks into this and holy fuck this is good. Not at all what I was expecting but fucking great non the less. This is noise rock how I like my noise rock. Really fucking noisy!

 

Picked up a physical copy so I can bump this in my car. Feels good. Can’t wait until I have time to go to the gym again cause this will definitely be a go to workout record

 

Dude I'd love a rig run down with them. they have to be gear nerds with all the weird sounds they get.

 

I’ve been listening to this pretty much non stop at work. I can barely hear customers and it’s still so good, win win.
