This is terrible.

 

That style of music just makes me feel old. i can't get into that genre at all. And Mark sounds like shit on it. Travis is there sometimes(?), but I will say Matt sounds and does the best on the song, but even that isn't enough for me to want to go back to it ever again.

This song just kinda makes me sad.

 

If this gets a radio push it's going to be everywhere. Sounds nothing like Blink-182, but I expected that.

 

I mean on the Aoki side it couldn't do less for me lol. Certainly wouldn't buy the song

 

It's very OK. Like it's just there. Like furniture in a room.

 

Skiba sounds fucking fantastic on this song. Love his vocals a lot. Mark on the other hand has the same overproduced California gloss on his voice to hide his weak voice. Hm.

Also, Mark's near-screaming part on the second verse - super unexpected. I don't think he has ever tried this kind of vocal performance on any recording ever. Interesting.

 

This could have been much worse.

I think it's fine. Much better than I expected but yeah it's forgettable.

 

Don't lie, you're pissed this song wasn't released a week or so ago so you could jam out to it at your wedding so now you're hating on it.

 

I was expecting straight trash because I hated the remix he did awhile back. But I actually didn't mind this. Not really into the EDM thing but I feel like this could have been a neat blink song, oh well. Not bad, not great, just exists basically haha.

 

The "i got time on my hands" part is a pretty good hook, but the song doesnt really take off.

 

Mark opens up nice in that second verse. I like that sound from him.

The verses sound a lot like Mark's "Not Every Dog Goes To Heaven", but not as good.

But yeah, Matt sounds surprisingly great on this. I never would've thought tbh.

The video with instruments is going to be weird. Unless I'm mistaken didn't notice a speck of guitar on this lol

 

I'd take this over 90% of deluxe.

I still have yet to hear the song but reading the comments is fun. Watch, I’m gonna love it. I loved Bottom of the Ocean and thought it would be a huge single if they pushed it but most people hate it.

 

My wife loves BOTO. It’s her favorite Deluxe track.

I'd take this song over a vanilla cream filled donut.

 

I am not a fan of any filled donut that’s not jelly. I’m an old fashioned/ buttermilk man, myself.

 

You guys are crazy. Vanilla cream are delicious

 

This is boring. I like some pop EDM but this doesn’t really commit to being a big pop anthem or a chill pop song, it’s stuck between Aoki and blink’s styles and has some cool melodies and riffs but ends up boring as a song.

It’d be a middling track on California or deluxe. Better than some, but too unexciting to match up with their best stuff with Skiba.
