That should have and very easily could have been 5-0 Juve and we're walking out with 3 points. What in the ever loving fuck happened

Looks like Welbeck hurt himself badly after landing from a header. Maybe broke his leg?

Looks like a broken ankle. There's a picture on Reddit of the ankle facing completely the wrong way at a bad angle too. Poor lad, looks a bad one.

The derby ended in a dull 0-0 draw. United has most of the possession but created few chances. We missed a sitter in the first 5 minutes but offered little after that. Dawson saved a soft penalty to save the day for Wednesday.

Much deserved lead against Dortmund at half time. Best Bayern game of the season so far.

  12. Can’t believe I’m saying this, but Sissoko has been awesome recently

  13. Today especially

  14. Huge win considering Chelsea is the next game after the break

Best Bayern performance with the worst outcome. Football can be so cruel.

  16. Spurs have played so many away games up until this point. It’ll be nice to have a couple stretches of home games later in the season, hopefully in the new stadium.

Considering all the injuries (nearly the entire team has been out at some point) and the stadium debacle, it’s amazing we are still in contention for the league title.

Poch has been talking up the January window so I hope we make a signing or two. We definitely need it with the injuries.

  17. Also, we just played 7 games in 22 days (5 of them away). That’s ridiculous.

So cruel but also so sweet  I was glad to see Dortmund be competitive at least, let alone seal victory at home. Very important since the next matchup may look completely different if all of Bayern are healthy.

Forgot we were playing today. Thought it was tomorrow. Seems it was for the best.

Anyone watching the Libertadores final? Boca opened the scoring and literally straight from, the kick off River equalised.

I was trying to describe myself to someone

The bottom end of the Premiership is looking like it's going to be nuts this season. Newcastle picked up 3 points from 10 games and were dead bottom. We've just won two in a row and now we're 14th. We might just be the only team to start a prem season that badly and survive. Maybe. :s

  22. Has anyone in here read Inverting The Pyramid?

I just picked up a copy. Excited to start it.

  23. This is stupid lol

  24. 8 away games out of 12, most of his team playing through injuries or not playing because of injuries, club didn’t buy him any new players, the stadium debacle....one point back of Chelsea, three points back of Liverpool. Two clubs who spent money and have been heavily praised all season.

    I do not exist.

I think all of the top 5 have done well. Obviously Arsenal have dropped a bit further back in the last couple of games, but the top four is pretty tight. As you say, the gap between them isn't huge.

The only team under-achieving is Manchester United.
