Also, peeps debating coming to the Boston show should 100% come to the Boston show.

 

If you are debating attending this tour, just know this may be your only chance to hear boygenius songs live and also may be your only chance to see all three tour together.

 

I don’t know how there even is a debate for something as special as this. Wish there were UK dates.

Really debating spending the 50 bucks on stub hub to go to this tour tomorrow or Wednesday

 

As someone who was there last night, I assure you it’s totally worth going. It’s a special tour for everyone involved, you can tell, and all three acts were fantastic. The camaraderie and rarity of seeing all three of them together really pushed it into one of my favorite shows I’ve seen.

Only complaint was the drums were way loud during Lucy’s set, I thought. Curious if anyone else at the show last night thought so too.

 

I really really really wanted to make a trip out to see them somewhere but it's not gonna happen. Hopefully they tour together again in the spring or something

 

I got free tickets for the LA show thanks to rewards points I had stacked up from my credit card. Life is good.

 

I was thinking the same thing. Something tells me we won't be getting another Boygenius tour till like the 10th anniversary of the EP or some other wild length of time.

So friggin' stoked for my show tomorrow. Plan on picking up the shirt and vinyl too. This honestly might be the first show in years where I actually get there at doors to catch the entire bill. (EDIT: I take that back......back in August I got to the Smashing Pumpkins show early to catch all of Metric. Still, it's rare!).

 

What the fuck, why shouldn't I go. Just got tickets on stubhub for Wednesday for 50 bucks.

 

I'm going on the 25th and randomly decided to go alone and I haven't thought about if I'm getting a hotel or taking the next day off work or anything lol smh I need to get it together. If I was smart I'd book a hotel but I've been spending so much money lol sigh my priorities. I might spend the night at my moms which may be weird cause she'd be sleeping and I wouldn't actually see her at all. Sunday shows are annoying. I sound super ungrateful lmao but a three hour drive by myself late after a show sux but spending money on a hotel also sux. I need to moooove

 

Honestly as much as I whine about the cost of living in the city it would prob even out with all the money I spend on hotel and gas for concerts in the city. Hmm.

 

Anybody else stay up late to watch that Seth Meyers performance? Because that was special!

 

I am stoked for this show

 

Kinda wish they woulda done Salt in the Wound or Souvenir to showcase all of their voices. Julien sounded really drowned in the mix, but it was still great.

 

I held off on buying tickets to the Detroit show because I figured it wouldn't sell out because the Majestic theater is huge..

and... I was able to get them this morning!!! I wish I would've checked stubhub first because I could've saved like $15 but oh well. Probably going to be eating ramen for dinner until next Friday but it'll be worth it.
