I'm not sure that Wentz photo is unnerving for me, I feel like I've seen worst shit that makes my stomach turn. Now, what Vick did, yeah that turns my stomach.

 

i really dislike how smart centipedes are. in middle school we were watching a movie in the dark and someone was like, "what's that?" and pointed to the wall and there was a 3-inch line moving. turned on the light, it's a fucking monstrosity and it stops as soon as the light comes on. the light goes off, fucker scrambles. so we put a flashlight on it (in the dark again) and it stops! it fucking senses light and knows that it's not a natural light.

goddamn, still creeps me out to this day.

 

I live in a pretty old small apartment building, like 15 units, and I figured that it could be bug city inside but I almost never ever have a bug inside. I think I've had two spiders and no cockroaches. Pretty much nothing else.

 

I refuse to kill spiders in or around my home. they're there to kill the more annoying bugs like fruit flies. if they're inside I'll move them outside. but that's the extent of my intervention

i probably should agree, based on the story i'll share below, but i still kill any and all spiders asap.

in college we had an apartment and i started noticing fruit flies fucking EVERYWHERE, but not like, groups, just one or two here or there. thinking it was my gross roommates i demanded they clean up to get rid of them.

didn't help.

finally, one day i was going through cabinets in the kitchen and there was a moldy / melted down 5 pound bag of potatoes and when i opened the door a large black cloud of fruit flies POURED out. and my god the smell. oof.

turns out a roommate bought the 5 pound bag of potatoes and totally forgot about it until i found it. he bought the bag like four months before i found it.

 

Had almost this exact same situation happen to my ex and I except it was in the drawer below the oven that we never ever opened for any reason. I have no clue why we put them there in the first place. It was horrible. Liquefied potato stench is gag inducing.

 

@Randall Mentzos would the Jags be interested in Josh Dobbs? He has a 100% completion percentage.

 

this only proves centipedes are dumb. If it was smart, it'd scramble when the light came on and stay put when it was dark lol

The spotted orb weaver spider that lived on my front porch killed every god damn moth and mosquito that flew by my porch light. This was clutch, as when you have a roommate who goes out constantly to smoke cigs in summer in Florida, those moths and mosquitoes can easily take over your house.

Also great home security. Didn't even need to lock my door. I should've put up a "beware of spider" sign.
