Albums in Stores – Nov. 2nd, 2018 • Page 2

  1. Have I ever pointed out to you that every album released by Pistol Annies or one of the three solo artists has a score of 80-something on Metacritic? It's super impressive, and it makes me anxious every time a new album drops from any of them, to see if they can keep it up.

  2. Came out last week, but I didn't find out about it until yesterday. Lovedrug released their final album (III), which is a full reimagining of Everything Starts Where It Ends in a more stripped-back dark/electro style. Pretty interesting stuff if you enjoyed ESWIE.

Oh shit, thanks for telling me about this! (II) was great and ESWIE is one of my all-time favorite albums.

  5. Same, it's such a great album! (III) is a very cool listen even though it lacks the energy of the original. I'm glad it exists! Judging by their Instagram comments it seems like the band is leaving the door open for more new music in the future, so hopefully this isn't the last we hear from them.
