Damn I have 7 players on BYE in one league, if I can squeak out a win it will be huge

Coutee still has value I think. He will still be the slot guy and probably have the designed touches via end around and whatever else they draw up for him

Probably should have clarified, definitely think coutee will get a decent amount of targets. I just think with an injury plagued WR corps in Miami it’s essentially gonna be Parker and Amendola getting peppered with targets, while I think Watson will spread it out more.

Weeks 11 and 12 are going to ruin me. Week 11 I have Brady, Gronk and Edelman on bye and Week 12 I have Gurley, Cooks and Zeurlein on bye.

Not so concerned with 11 as Gronk has been shitty and I rarely play Edelman but Week 12 is a guaranteed loss.

Also, I'm starting to have panic attacks that Gurley may sit for fantasy playoffs, especially if Rams are 12-2 or some shit.

Yeah, not having Mahomes in week 12 has me holding onto Wentz until then at least.

now is the time of year to look to make trades for similar players who have already had their bye and start looking at playoff schedules

Wouldn't worry about Gurley. He mentioned that getting that record is pretty important to him. McVay seems pretty awesome, so I could see him still playing him.

Week 16 of last year Gurley had what...4 tds? They were up by a bunch and he was still out there pounding in TDs.

I flipped Edelman for Keenan Allen last week because of byes. Turns out if I wouldve kept Edelman in my lineup last week I would've won though haha (lost by 3).

But didn't he just pass up a guaranteed TD on Sunday to insure his team won the game?

He literally pissed away a walk in touchdown last week.

@Groogz @ncarrab I mean, yeah he did. Good point. I just keep seeing people say their worried about him during the fantasy playoffs. I wouldn't be worried unless your championship is week 17 (which is ridiculous).

Because it was smarter to run out the clock than to score and give Rodgers the ball.

It was def the right move and no ones debating that. That play was only mentioned because it shows that even though he really wants the TD record, there are instances where the importance of the team will take precedence, so it's possible he could sit out the last week or so if they've locked up everything well in advance.

Week 12 will almost certainly be a loss for me. Gurley, Hill, Butker, and KC defense (although that position is mostly streaming anyways) all on bye that week.

Derek Carr a bad start tonight?

@broken22 If he was my best option I wouldn't be mad about it this week.

It's either him, Fitzpatrick, Stafford, Flacco or Mayfield.

Tough matchups make this a hard choice, pick 2?

    Kerryon Johnson vs MIN
    Tevin Coleman vs WAS
    Jordan Howard vs BUF

I go with the top two all day in terms of talent but Buffalo is the softest defense of the 3, they’re slightly above average vs the run

I'm seriously considering starting OJ Howard over Gronk.

I can't believe it has come to this.

Id def lean Carr or Fitz. SF's d is super beatable so Carr could have a good game.

I’d take Kerryon as the best back of the bunch on a team that just traded a very good receiver, see where that takes you.

Other two feel like a toss-up, but if you like to think about gsmescripts, this seems as good of a week as any to get Howard more work than Cohen, so that’s who I’d start.

Of all those options, I'd take Fitzpatrick first (when he implodes, he usually throws for 3TDs anyway). Toss up between Carr/Mayfield after that...both inconsistent but with shootout potential

I agree with this. Def start Kerryon. Washington's run defense is great. Buffalo's got a stout defense too, but they're more dangerous against the air attack. This might be a good week for Howard to pound the rock.

    Thanks for the input guys.

I feel like AP and Kerryon are lock starters. And I still haven’t gotten Fournette back in that league.

Howard vs BUF in my flex with my top RB hurt ain’t too shabby.
