Hereafter is fantastic. Really pumped for this, they're one of the best heavy bands for sure.

  9. god I am going to love this record

  10. Okay this is the closest they ever got back to The Here And Now, with the softer post-hardcore like approach, full blown clean vocals and the poppy chorus. If they ever go in a similar direction as BMTH, they have the range to pull it off.

  13. Are there more curveballs outside of Royal Beggars? It's the best of the prerelease singles so far.

  14. Royal Beggars is a good representation of what this album sounds like . The Seventh Circle is basically a speed metal track clocking in at just under 2 minutes

  15. This gets me really excited! It'll be interesting to hear how many influences Josh and Adam bring on their music, and how they pay homage to Tom through the use of his final riffs. If I recall correctly, he had already written some stuff for this.

  16. that documentary adds even more context and backstory to an already intense vulnerable and incredible record - it's the best record of their career

This band! That is all. Can’t wait to see them in January. First time I saw them live was at the penultimate show with Tom in Germany. Unbelievable performance from every one of them that night. Was blown away by them.

Is it just me or do all 3 singles have the same "rotten to the core" breakdown as a match made in heaven off their last album?

  23. Pretty much yeah, that's their formula post-Daybreaker.

  25. Modern Misery is good. Not too far from Royal Beggars sonically. I'm glad that there is an emphasis on melodies and hooks, and that Sam is able to show off his clean vocals more often.
