EXHIBIT A: Our very own @teebs41 writes a fantastic review for the (then) upcoming Foxing record [Nearer My God]. This is posted in the CMCS thread. Kevo expresses his excitement for the record. This in itself is not a scandal, but this is necessary background information on which I'll build my case. Please note the date of August 8th.




EXHIBIT B: When asked by someone (me!) if he's heard their other two albums [The Albatross and Dealer], Kevo responds with a yes (with an exclamation point!!!) and even goes as far as to say that he liked their last album [Dealer]. This is on August 9th.




EXHIBIT C (the mic drop exhibit): This Monday (10/22) in the Foxing - Nearer My God thread Kevo states that he heard Dealer for the first time "two weeks ago" which would have been approximately 10/8. This is two months after his post (Exhibit B!!!) where he stated that not only had he heard Dealer, but he also liked it.




In conclusion, @Bad Frequencies claims to have listened to (and enjoyed) Foxing's Dealer but then apparently listens to it for the first time two months after said claims. Barring time travel, this does not seem to be possible and I rule that this is indeed a scandal.


I'm nothing if not fair so I would like to open up the floor to @Bad Frequencies to answer for his crimes against Chorus.
