  3. Butler broke KAT - he has zero confidence in his ability when Butler is out there

Butler exposed him and he hasn't recovered. His only good game this season is the one Butler sat out.

Not sure I’d say that. Embiid is a star. Gordon, Exum, Smart, Randle, Saric, LaVine, Harris, and Capela are all either starter-caliber to high end-starter caliber.

Remember how hyped that class was? I remember some were billing Wiggins/Parker as potential great rivalry for years to come.

And, that doesn’t even factor in the resurgence of Stauskas! and Payton’s solid start in NOLA.

  8. ugh I'm conflicted = do you sacrifice the better D of Bledsoe to potentially make the offense elite?

Trying to look for a weak draft class this decade and one isn’t really jumping out from the other. Maybe 2010?? Obviously still too early to judge the last few years but lots of those guys have made a good impression already.

  10. Damn. Bobby Portis out 4-6 weeks

  11. the 2013 lottery picks were pretty bad save for 3 - most of the stars from that draft were drafting later on

Wiggins and Parker obviously have been hugely disappointing, and 4-11 have all massively under performed their draft position (with maybe the exception of Gordon). There are a few quality starters and Embiid is a star but come on most of that 1st round isn't very good

    Just a friendly reminder

How can you say the 2014 Draft was bad when the Brazilian KD, Bruno Cabocolo was a selection?

In all seriousness, I think that draft had a lot of players who have underachieved but probably could have done better under different circumstances.

  16. If Minnesota doesn’t take four picks for Butler

They need to be sold and dissolved.

That's definitely fair, I think about that all the time when it comes to draftees (in any sport), they're all products of circumstance and sometimes no matter how talented you are the organization just squanders it

Just let the team underperform at this point, don’t give up that much.

  19. Most teams in the league would take players from that 2014 first round/lottery to replace people on their team in a heartbeat.

If I’m Houston I wouldn’t offer that. Even though they’re 100% smart enough to have good protection for them.

And Thibs is a fool if he isn’t saying yes rn

  21. Hahahahahahah Houston trying to tank itself

  25. I want him to knife Paul and trade him somewhere.
