I drank so much Saturday night and ate like a garbage disposal yesterday. The gym today is gonna be great.

Hoping to reset this week. I've had bad anxiety lately which had led to bad sleep which has led to exhaustion which has led to me not eating or exercising well. I am a mess but hopefully can wake up to go kickboxing tomorrow morning cause I didn't go last week

Still been going to the gym 4-5 times a week and eating alright. My weight hasn't gone down much, but I'm also building up a bit of muscle. I got wayyy too boney/thin this time last year, so part of my goal is to recognize that even if I'm not diving dow to that weight again, that's alright.
Proud of everyone for their efforts! Keep going, fam.

I missed about a week at the gym due to weddings, other events and stuff and i'm amazed how crappy I feel. Gf and I got engaged and getting married Nov 15 2019, so were hoping to continue working out towards that.

my girlfriend started this circuit workout last week she goes to every morning at 5:30 and has meal prepped, shes already lost two pounds in five days.

proud of that dedication, as i am too stubborn to change my diet (but i am at my desired weight though). lolol

I finally started going to the gym last Friday. I've gone 7 times since then and I'm going again tonight. I am going basically any time I have a free night because if I don't, I'll fear stop going altogether even though I just started. It doesn't suck as much as I thought.

I pretty much didn't work out for a week and I could already feel a difference in my back tightening up and bothering me again like it used to. Glad I have that as a motivator tho cause once I reach my goals I tend to backslide but it's a nice reminder on the continual work that needs to be done to stay fit and healthy

so I have been pretty lazy since I got laid off my last job. I start my new job tomorrow so I decided to do a few gym sessions to try and get my body used to work again.

I am so sore and I am going to die tomorrow.

Finally getting back to the gym this week. Need to keep reminding myself that the first week is always tough. Losing weight and hopefully lowering cholesterol will be worth it. I’m going to cut out dairy too.

Went to the doctor today and I've lost 10lb since May which seems super weird to me cause I dont think I look any different and my clothes all fit the same I think? I'm short so you'd think it'd be more obvious idk idk. Weight is weird. My doctor prescribed me a sleep aid and I hope that helps with me getting more sleep and being able to go to the gym in the morning. I've been so stressed and anxious I'm not sleeping well and it's having a negative domino effect on how I exercise and eat.

I actually did it anyway, in 26 minutes. Only walked for about 1/4 mile near the end. I didn't think I was capable

I can’t remember the last time I ran more than a mile tbh, I do it on the treadmill everyday as my cooldown exercise but I just find it p boring

Yeah, it's basically what I do unintentionally every day. I don't eat breakfast so I typically have my eating window from 11-7pm.

I did it for a brief period of time. It definitely works if you're looking to lose weight. Basically go 16 hours after your last meal the night prior before you eat again. I've been in a long bulking phase so I stopped, but may start it up again at least a few days a week.

I'm into IF, basically what others have said so far. I've found my optimal feeding window is 9hrs but the length of your window is pretty variable depending on your schedule and what you can mentally handle. I used to be 12 on/12 off and have worked my way down to the 9hr window.

What intrigued me is that I already usually don't eat in the morning, I hate breakfast, so having a window of 1-9 PM sounds absolutely perfect for me and my schedule.
