    I'm Back.

The best segment from Southbound was the Hospital one, but even that didn't make too much sense.

I like these types of movies, but there's only been a few quality ones to come out recently.

Holidays is pretty good and worth checking out if you're an anthology enthusiast.

Is anyone excited about seeing the Shallows? I love Blake Lively but this movie looks stupid to me.

Really excited for that 2K picture transfer, hopefully it'll be a lot better than Universal's DNR heavy transfer.

seriously, that was fucking AWESOME. one of my new favorites. it worked for me on every level and the sense of dread and hopelessness throughout was almost unbearable. every john carpenter movie i haven't seen yet is getting added to my watchlist.

i'm kind of excited for it. sharks terrify me to no end and i love jaws so much, so i'm holding out hope for this. a lot of people are anticipating/hate the idea that the whole movie is going to be her out on that rock for the duration, but it doesn't bother me if it's riveting throughout. i feel like it's so rare nowadays that we get a legitimate shark movie in a world post-the success (buzz?) of the sharknado movies and everything they have spawned. i mean, skarkansas women's prison massacre? CMON

I'm pretty excited too. The buzz/reviews have been stoking the fire. Tomorrow or Sunday I'll probably see it.

Definitely seeing The Conjuring 2 this weekend. Probably alone and maybe early in the morning to avoid the crowd, haha

I like going early but with horror movies I worry that it'll hurt the mood knowing that it's bright daylight outside
