The guitar work on her early albums is incredible. R&B musicians never get recognition compared to bluesy or classic rock ones.

 

This music isn't everyone's cup of tea, but I love it when my dad gets all excited about music...I am the same way obviously (apple doesn't fall far from the tree). There are so many different styles of music rolled into this album. Its pretty awesome.

30th birthday party. Maybe I'm just bitter because no one has ever thrown me a party.

I'm going to throw myself a 35th where gifts are expected and encouraged.

I just don't like being around people I don't know. and Fiance will probably leave me to fend for myself when he's in deep "remember that time in high school" talk. I could always call an uber like an hour into it and say I wasn't "feeling well" and just go home. I don't wanna ruin Fiances fun time with his friends.
