Got two shinies, so I'm bummed I don't have the entire shiny family. Also hatched a 10km egg and it turned out to be Beldum...

Ralts day is definitely needed. Shiny version of the whole line is cool plus Gallade

I only got to play for like an hour so that probably has something to do with it.

 

cleared out all my eggs on community day only to open 5 gifts to get 5 new alolan eggs im going to fucking scream

 

I think Metagross will be the only Pokemon in this game that I get a shiny of WITHOUT a regular of. I’m about 70 candies short of a normal one. Oh well.

 

I'm sure you could find someone to trade with you when you get back to Florida

 

Would be awesome and the coolest thing to happen to community day next to squirtle squad.

 

Event was fun today but my eggs did not hatch any faster!!

 

Only eggs that were put in incubators during the event hours hatched faster.

 

Got my shiny Beldum 2 mins before the end of the event.

looking forward to (most likely) seeing a new legendary tomorrow afternoon as well as (most likely) a halloween event starting up with (hopefully) some additional Gen4s.

 

I had a dream that just two new Gen 4 pokemon were released today, doesn't seem to be true haha

 

also hoping for a new loading screen, i love their art/designs for those and the halloween one the last 2 years have been great.

 

If they’re gonna have a Halloween event I suggest they start it soon. It’s been Halloween for 22 days already.

 

Is there any way the new Legendary isn't Giratina?

 

It's possible for Halloween but I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't come until after they do Dialga/Palkia

i was a huge Digimon kid always fighting off the criticism that they copied Pokémon so Pokemon straight up stealing Digimon’s schtick w/ mega stones/evos was v validating

 

it's way less fun for me anticipating new pokemon when i know none of them at this point.
