On one end I certainly do feel bad for him. But, he also brought this all on himself.

It seems like he’s fallen apart personally and professionally. I mean it seems like him and his literal high school girlfriend and wife forever aren’t doing well, he seems miserable, looks like hell in every photo, MOST his fans think he’s insane, he doesn’t actually have a band, and he’s trying to salvage it all by pretending to have government secrets and steal money away from his small majority of fans.

Yeah I can't even imagine going back in time and telling an 18 year old me in 2002 what he's done since 2004. I wouldn't have believed it. It's so strange and sad. I mean I know people grow up and Tom was still in his late 20s when blink first broke up but it's like he really had a mid life crisis in his late 20s/early 30s and is a completely different person now.

If I could cut any song forever it would be First Date

I'd rather hear First Date over Down. At least First Date gets the crowd going/singing along and is a fun live song while Down just kind of drags for me.

But I would probably cut First Date, Down, Violence and Dumpweed from the set list. I would also switch out Kings Of The Weekend and Los Angeles for two other newer songs.

 

Adding Every time I Look for You, Apple Shampoo, and/or Left Alone would be delicious.

I’d also probably cut Dumpweed because the lyrics do not hold up at all.

I’m fine with All The Small Things and stuff like that for the casual audience but I do wish they’d swap Violence and a few other songs with different deep cuts because the casual audience doesn’t really know them to begin with

 

I've heard it too many times and I was just looking at the usual set list and seeing which songs have a actual chance to be cut (i.e. they would never cut ATST).

 

Cut violence?? What’s become of this thread? Just add lemmings and idgaf what they remove. Play ATST for an hour idc

 

I’m actually really curious what their setlists would look like with 1 or 2 more albums under their belt

 

Definitely agree on cutting "Down" and throwing in something from Dude Ranch or earlier, and not another untitled album or California song.
