Gen 2 came out at like 2pm or 3 or something. i dunno, anything is possible really.... we just gotta wait

 

I remember particularly checking the game that night, but I think it was more due to rumors/leaks suggesting it would come that day.

 

The icon for gen 4 in the Pokedex has changed. This afternoon it was a regular Pokeball symbol and now it's a white symbol with a grey shadow that looks like a Sinnoh Pokedex.

So grateful you’re safe. My co-workers parents live in Panama City, and they said they’ll be without power 2-3 months potentially. Devastating, but so glad you’re alive.

 

Thanks man. It’s been a crazy couple of days. We are in Virginia now and really have no plan. I’m a teacher and schools are shut down for a couple of weeks/months and my wife is a dental assistant to an oral surgeon that isn’t going to be back up for a month or so.

Being in limbo right now is so crazy. Fun at times and getting to visit my wife’s family and take a break has been cool. We are just trying to stay positive and look at it as an impromptu vacation.

I wasn't seeing the Sinnoh Dex yesterday, but it is showing today.

 

If you can make it to Richmond while you’re here there’s a super active community. There’s a fair amount in Waynesboro too.

Yep, I think if we see the rebalance happen for real this morning/early afternoon it will definitely be today. I'm assuming 4 is the likeliest which is great for me.

My buddy is still sticking with Gen 4 going live after the Mewtwo raids are done.

Nah that will be too close to the Halloween event. It would not make sense to release gen 4 and then immediately replace them all with ghosts. Halloween event started on the 20th last year. Today seems very likely, especially now that the update is forced.

I think Halloween will start when Mewtwo ends, with Giratina (Ghost type) taking its place. Giratina was seen at the end of the teaser trailer from last week.
