I don't have much business knowledge, and I know stuff loses money before it can make it... But that seems bad for a company that will probably never successfully complete things more compicated than books lol

Hope for Tom's sake they've made progress on that spaceship that disappears in a ball of light (I'm guessing it's actual progress is similar to the pictures of an iPlane Kanye drew on his phone)

According to Tom, this week he was in a meeting looking to sell his 3rd movie/TV show. I wonder if this stuff is really going on or if he's just making all of it up. Like remember back in 2016 he was saying how he was starting filming production on his movie and then we never heard anything about it. I just... I don't know.

 

Tyler Posey (Teen Wolf) was cast at Poet Anderson and there were even some BTS photos of them filming, and then nothing.

 

Yeah idk. I mean even if you sell tv shows, how many have been bought that never even see the light of day or make it to a pilot. Idk much about that either haha.

 

Oh no I get it but how many networks are buying 3 scripts from him and his team, haha.

He's sort of like a person who just started hitting the gym for the first time, and they constantly check-in and post about being on the gym on social media during the first week...then they quit going soon after. He wants the praise and the attention from a project before he's actually done anything or produced anything tangible.

Part of the issue with that is that you're taking away the feeling of satisfaction of actually completing the project... When people tell you "good job" and talk about how awesome you are before you've even done anything, you kind of hinder your motivation because you've already experienced the positive feedback (I'm sure $ is a big motivator but when he has 1,000 simultaneous projects, he has to push some aside). Plus, you never know how plans change, people decide they don't want to be a part of it, something else comes up down the line and takes all of your time/attention away from that project, etc. which is why you don't announce these things or talk them up before it's official.

 

Haha good analogy. Now I kind of want Tom to start going to the gym.

Anyway I think Tom's quote about him and Mark on I believe the Pursuit of Tone doc that came out about him where he said (and I paraphrasing here) "Mark just wants to be in blink and I want/need to do multiple things or I will get bored" just nails it. The problem is Tom, who has to have ADD, starts something and stops a week into it and looks to do something else.

 

You kind of missed the obvious "Sci-fy channel" choice. Haha.

 

Yeah considering how unwatchable the B-movies (C-movies? D-movies? Lol) they show are there's gotta be some slot for him somewhere there hah

Has he even done anything interesting in any hip hop song in a decade? What he did with that Soulja Boy song was cool but it seems literally any drummer could bang out what he's done since

 

I love hip hop but I can think of anything that I enjoy with Travis on it

 

I liked a handful of songs on his solo album, but other than that his influence on hip hop just seems more like an income above anything of substance.

 

FWIW Travis answered a question on his IG story "Vegas 100%?" with "YES"

 

He also said blink recordings are going "insane"

 

I though The Game's Dope Boys was alright

 

I still want to know what happened with Feldman

 

Are we even sure they have followed Feldmann before (havent followed the boys myself for quite some time)
