Well, I don’t fall asleep with my phone in shit like other posters, but like @Bad Frequencies i used to not be able to fall asleep till 4 most nights. It’s better now in that I can now manage it at 1-2 am.

 

The world is literally on fire and idk, my life is usually alright. Really struggle falling asleep then I can hardly stay awake in the mornings

 

Same here. Though if I KNOW I have to get up early and need to go to bed early I take unisom or something, because my body is like FUCK YOU and resists sleep when I have to get up
