Seattle the sun comes out eventuallys

 

The understatement of that "if" is glorious.

 

Seattle Freeze, so named after the phrase where locals hate you when they find out not from there (so I hear)

 

maybe it depends on the area, but there's A LOT of transplants from all over the country in the "heart" of Seattle. maybe the locals around it are less-so but i feel like it's hard to find a large contingent of Seattle born and raised in Seattle. unless people are counting themselves as "local" once they've lived there 5 years or so (who knows)

 

Guess we know it's not the Leafs or Sharks this year

 

Every year the Canes looks good on paper and are deemed the breakout team of the season. We always fail. But my hopes are up yet again. I’m insane.

I guess they auto renewed from last season but aren't actually present this league so it just auto drafted their team for them.

I believe the two names that aren't active as of now are scalderone95 and Atlanta Thrashers

I emailed both to see if they are still playing but got no reply.

Once we figure out who's all not playing I can transfer their teams to someone else that would stay active throughout the season.

 

Got the new NHL.TV app all set up and ready for the season. Just hope they charged the card otherwise I might be a little fuuuuucked and it’s a little weird I still don’t have an email confirmation and can’t see which card they ended up billllllling

 

get off work at 3:30 pm tomorrow and it will just be pure hockey and homework I am happy
