I listened to this once this morning and thought it was good but need more listens. Seeing all the lyric posts is getting me antsy.

 

Gonna get it on Bandcamp immediately so I listen to this on my travels, and then get the Deluxe/Collector's edition from the UK store soon as long as they don't sell out.

Tortoises and New Wine are my early knock-me-on-my-ass songs. So wild to think this band gave us this AND the damn ep in such a short time. Almost overwhelming

 

I wanna know what that 20th song is that they brought to the studio

 

New Wine, New Skins makes me want to go backpacking alone

 

I was thinking the same thing about a lot of this album haha

It's been a while since i listened to that 2015 episode of Wandering Wolf but it's cool to see yoni repeating the phrase "break on through to the other side" so much when talking about his experience with DMT and it's relation to feeling like dying and breaking his concept of self and how he explains it to aaron and then reading the lyrics on Break on Through (to the Other Side) [pt two]

 

if you don't mind my asking, where ya headed? That's quite a drive.

 

now that we have the whole album I really appreciate the Brother/Sister-esque nature of Hydra. It's a nice little treat as that's really the only time it ever comes close to that sound on the album.

 

I think I can safely say that [dormouse sighs] and Michael are in my top mwY songs.

 

I know I’m in the extreme minority around here but this band pretty much lost me after CFUTF.

However. This is fucking incredible.

 

This albums next level,

So I've been listening at work and can only have one earphone in, so most of my listening today has been sans the right earphone. Just went on break for 10 minutes or so and had both in. Lol, it's so much more insane that way! Hahaha

Can't wait to get home, plug both in, and follow along with lyrics in hand.
