scheduling employees or like scheduling what/when movies play?

 

making schedules is the worst.

I had to do that when I worked at KFC in high school.

I can relate there.

my manager wants me to have the schedule made & posted for 4 weeks out. we’re also doing a lot of hiring, so almost every week I get an email saying I need to add in someone new to the schedule that’s already posted, who needs x amount of hours, but I have to stay under y amount of hours per day/week, which throws off everyone who’s already been on the calendar for a month

 

Ha, right. And then people's availability is trash so I'm just like hmm

 

I could never do a managerial thing like that because someone is inevitably mad at you
