Today is my first day as the scheduling manager but I've never had any training on how to do it and the GM isn't here and probably won't be so I'm just floundering trying to figure out how this system works lol. This seems to be the Cinemark way. They just throw you into a situation and then you have to figure it out. Sometimes I like that cause it forces you to sorta prove your worth but it can also be incredibly frustrating
