yeah i love this. ive played it at least once a day since it leaked. fiance is pretty sick of it tbh haha

 

to be fair the last two JM albums are incredible and very high bars. not being as good doesnt mean this isnt still great

 

Makes me so sad how little people mention OATIWSGT in the conversation of their best.

 

I think the first 4 albums are perfect and this one is good

 

yeah, agree - still a very cool record

 

was super underwhelmed on the first listen but this is growing on me heavily. big lie is obvi the best but I'm totally in love with wildflowers; gone tomorrow and silly games are great too.

never hungover again is probably their best to me but of all things will probably always be my favorite. pretty unlikely at this point but I'd lose my mind if we ever got something that perfectly weird from them again

 

Not really huge on big lie. Surprised it’s the consensus fav

Cody and NHA are two of my favorites. I like this one, and I know it’ll grow on me. I still think TIMSILWY is their best song ever though.

I'm starting to "get" the whole album now. The second half I was set on but the first half took me like 10 listens. Though i almost wish they totally committed to the second half vibe for the whole thing .

 

I think Cody is easily the worst record from these guys, and it's still an absolutely fantastic record I love

I keep falling more and more in love with this one though. Even Silly Games, which I didn't really love at first, is now a mega jam

 

Granted I was doing paperwork while listening, but I felt the same way. Nothing about it really jumped out at me

 

But the outro is so good

 

its the high point of the record for sure

 

this band is a self-parody at this point but it's cool they're embracing it

Gonna switch them out for the remaining tracks sometime this week.

 

I also like this record more than Cody. Fight me.

 

in enjoy it quite a bit but its fallen off lately for me. think i listened too much to the leak.

i'm pretty comfortable in saying that its not on the same level as cody or nha. still one of my fav bands and a real good album. cant wait to see em next month.

 

Burning out is the worst feeling. I feel like this record will hold strong in the long term.
