I definitely like how fast and apocalyptic "Don't Go Outside" is. It's such a great track to jam out to.

 

Don't Go Outside rocks

 

For me, Stay What You Are is one, In Reverie is two, and Can’t Slow Down is last.

Everything else shuffles around depending on the day.

 

"blossom" is just as good as anything that's on in reverie imo, and i think that album is a masterpiece

round and round and drifts away

 

"Coconut" is easily a top 10 STD song for me.

It's pretty cool those fans will be immortalized in their favorite band's music like that.

I do have qualms from this in the article though

performing simply as “Chris Conley” was never once an option he’d considered.

I have seen him billed as Chris Conley FOUR times, plus he has released a few tracks under his name.

Granted, I know the article is there to push the album which is why most of the questions are about the songs and stuff, but I would have loved to see some questions more about the specific things Chris did in the off time to get to that state of zen - mostly because I’m super into yoga, meditation, etc. Also would have loved to hear more about the actual recording process and writing process. Still a good read. And I 100% ripped the bong and put on In Reverie after reading it.

 

I don't see the issue. They're referring to not making Saves The Day just Chris Conley, not him doing solo stuff on the side. His solo stuff isn't his primary interest.

 

Look at the exact sentence I posted, it's just factually wrong.
