I'm getting a raise and backpay on this next check and then immediately squirreling it away so i can buy 400 witch memorabilia.

 

I love Salem in October. I'll probably be there a few times myself this year.

 

This is my first time venturing outside of the Entertainment Forum which is spooky in and of itself.

But I've been ready for Halloween for months considering I put together all the merchandising guides for my company's Halloween items (so I guess I'm partly to blame for Halloween decor in August).

My girlfriend and I are thinking of going as Supermarket Sweep contestants. Just need some matching sweatshirts, name tags and bad hair.

Last year we went on a little self-guided tour of spooky real life and movie places around LA (Michael Meyer's House, LaBianca Murder House etc.). I think this year we're going to try to hit up well known haunted places.

Also excited that we moved into a neighborhood that's prime for Halloween decorations, hoping the neighbors do it up.

 

Never apologize for early Halloween decorations bc the real Fans want! It!

 

Anyone have any fun spooky things to do around SoCal that's not a curated maze or haunted house?

Also voodoo donuts which isn’t exactly spooky but still just as exciting

Picked up a dollar store hockey mask to modify to ensure that I go through with an actual costume this year

 

Girlfriend and I going as Forrest Gump and Jenny. I am doing cross-country Forrest with the long hair and beard, running shorts, t-shirt, and Nikes. Lady is doing hippie Jenny from the Washington Capital scene.

 

this is almost circling back to being like a statement on society

 

Dang. September is nearing a close and I have yet to come up with any Halloween ideas. I’ll be sad if I don’t do anything but also like I usually spend a lot of money on putting my costumes together and shouldn’t be doing that this year

My college apps are due the day after Halloween, so this year is extra spooky.
