On a side note: the fact that Incubus plays a side stage today while Father John Misty plays the main stage is so frustrating

 

I also think it’s odd that Incubus is getting a longer set than RTJ, even though they’re both coheadliners

i think that was all of it! i know why they did all of the old songs, but selfishly i would have killed for “low angeles” or “you ruined this” but i know that the majority of the crowd would not want that haha.

also, they teases the idea of being “back” and touring again, though they said they weren’t working on a new album.

 

the wonder years playing “melrose diner” was a nice surprise

I had to hold my shoe for the last half of the wonder years set bc it fell off but I had fun and that’s the signifier of that, but also that it’s time for me to call it a night. Just friends absolutely blew my mind and save face was a lot of fun, I really enjoyed this day

 

Same! Too bad we couldn’t all grab a drink and shoot the shit a little longer, here’s to next year!

 

Haven’t been keeping up with their sets, went to Incubus hoping to be pleasantly surprised. They closed with A Crow Left Of The Murder, my favorite song of theirs, and I lost my shit. All in all A+ day
