Damn it's already almost there. AFI, that one band with Ryan Gosling, Shone (jk), and The Venetia Fair are probably going to be blasted at full volume next month.

Definitely the first few Murder By Death albums.

 

Devil & God used to be my big one....but...

 

I still go with Dead Mans Bones. I have it on vinyl, no big deal.

 

Forgot that on my list. Also, it sounds so good on vinyl.

 

I also tend to listen to a lot of post-punk when it starts to get colder. Joy Division, Ceremony, Preoccupations, etc.

Really just a list that I have some nostalgia for around October.

Pretty much October for me. Man I hate the struggle to want to listen to my old stuff and getting into any new releases. There is only so much time!

 

Grade - Headfirst Straight to Hell

 

Best Saves the Day song on a record perfect for late summer/early fall (that just happens to mention Halloween by name).

 

All the Cure records mentioned, and no one mentioned Pornography?! Definitely the best "spooky" Cure record
