I really don't know much about production but I would also throw Where You Want to Be up there. Love the sound of it, but I don't know how it feels to actual audiophiles

I don't have the right answer as he's produced a lot of albums I enjoy, but I love Garden Window by O'Brother. It's so dark and crunchy yet somehow light and accessible.

Lmao news to me, I had always thought he produced it!

 

I love that he keeps his site updated with his most up to date work.

 

Sapone is definitely my favorite producer. Yip is up there, but I love the bands that Yip works with more than his actual production.

 

Colin- i didn't know he did the single drowned in gold.

Also need to check out that "An Horse" track

 

Interesting that Drowned in Gold by Boston Manor ended up being a one off single after all. I can see why though but it did introduce nicely their new sound and acts as a great bridge between Be Nothing and Welcome To The Neighborhood.

Well, I guess he only mixed Garden Window by O'Brother which is still huge for the sound obviously. I knew it was produced by Andy and Robert of MO but I thought they all shared it.

 

Yeah he did more work on the second O'Bro record. Credits – Producer, Engineer, Mixer

 

SF gets my vote. I had no idea he did the Straylight Run EP. I used to love that thing.
